Our distinguished speaker Anne-Marie Whitesell (of Counsel, Dechert LLP, former Secretary General of the ICC International Court of Arbitration) will give an overview of this issue from an international perspective and one of the new Arbitration Association 40 co-chairs Olesya Petrol will address the recent developments of Russian law in this area. An interactive discussion and a Q&A session will follow these presentations.
