The Association for the promotion of arbitration (hereinafter - the "Association") is a non-commercial organization, based on membership and incorporated by individuals in the form of an association for representation and protection of common, including professional, interests, for the achievement of socially useful and other purposes that do not contravene the law and are of a non-commercial nature, as envisaged by this Charter.
