In connection with the Finnish Business in Moscow -event, the Arbitration Institute of the Finland Chamber of Commerce (FAI) and the Russian Arbitration Association (RAA) will hold a joint Morning Seminar on Arbitration as an Effective Means of Resolving Commercial Disputes Between Finnish and Russian Companies.

The topics to be covered during the seminar include e.g.
- What is arbitration and why it is the preferred method of resolving business disputes?
- Why agreeing on dispute resolution in the contract negotiations is so important?
- What kind of arbitration clause should be included in the contract between Finnish and Russian companies?
- Impact of sanctions on the choice of a dispute resolution mechanism
