Alexey Yadykin is a senior associate in the Moscow dispute resolution practice at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. He specialises in arbitration, court proceedings, internal investigations and sanctions.
Alexey graduated with honours from the Moscow State Law University (MGYuA) in 2000. Before joining Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer he worked for major Russian law firms and, since 2006, for one of the leading international law firms. Alexey speaks fluent English.
Alexey participated in the development of Russia’s new arbitration legislation adopted in 2015. He is an active member of the working group of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the development of new arbitration law.
Alexey is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
