Mark Forte is the Head of BVI Litigation at Conyers Dill & Pearman. With over 20 years of litigation and arbitration experience, Mark is a frequent advocate for some of the jurisdiction’s leading cases. He specialises in cross-border litigation and arbitration work and is recognised for his emergency interim relief work. Mark also advises foreign states, government agencies and liquidators on international asset tracing measures.
An experienced panel speaker at COMBAR (UK) as well as at INSOL, Mark is also a former member of the editorial board of INSOL World and is currently on the inaugural board of the BVI International Arbitration Centre. He has been consistently recognised in Chambers Global, Legal 500 and Who’s Who Legal since 2010.
