Sargis Grigoryan – a partner at RGD International Armenia. He is an Armenian-qualified and Russian-speaking lawyer. He has represented clients in nearly 50 arbitrations under ICSID, ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL rules, including investment treaty disputes. Sargis also frequently advises clients in court proceedings and has particular experience in matters involving enforcement of arbitral awards in the CIS region. His particular expertise has been in construction and energy related disputes, involving parties from the CIS, as well as in shareholders' disputes. Sargis Grigoryan has extensive experience giving evidence in foreign courts and arbitral proceedings as an Armenian law expert. He has appeared as counsel in numerous proceedings at the European Court of Human Rights and other international bodies.
