Alexander Bezborodov is a Partner and the Head of the Litigation Practice Group at BEITEN BURKHARDT’s Moscow office.
Core activities include consulting in the fields of dispute resolution and litigation in state and arbitration courts, particularly as regards foreign economic and investment activities of companies. Mr. Bezborodov also advises on international trade, civil law and compliance issues.
Alexander graduated from the Department of Comparative Jurisprudence, Faculty of Law of the State University of Krasnoyarsk (now the Siberian Federal University). In 2007 Alexander earned his Master of Laws from the University of Passau (Germany).
Mr. Bezborodov is a member of the Bar Chamber of Moscow Region.
Effective January 2016 Alexander was included on the list of arbitrators of the Arbitration Court of the Association of European Businesses (AEB).
