Grigory Marinichev co-heads the firm’s Russia Dispute Resolution practice and the head of Russia Insolvency and Restructuring practice. With over 18 years of experience, Grigory regularly advises clients, mostly banks and financial institutions, on complex cross-border and domestic litigation and arbitration proceedings, with a particular focus on bankruptcy and insolvency matters. His expertise also includes recovery of dissipated assets in foreign jurisdictions and pursuit of beneficiaries of insolvent corporate borrowers. Grigory has co-authored a number of books and articles on Russian insolvency and dispute resolution.
