The Association was founded to support development of arbitration in Russia and the CIS countries, to promote Russian and CIS arbitrators at the international level and most importantly to create a modern arbitration court for resolving international and Russian domestic commercial disputes.
In order to implement said objectives the Arbitration Association will establish a Working Group with the aim to propose changes in the Russian arbitration act.
The working group of the Russian Arbitration Association submitted its comments on the Draft Laws amending the Domestic Arbitration Law, Tax Code and Procedural Code to the Ministry of Justice on March 3, 2014.
