Maxim has over 30 years of experience representing clients in Russian courts at all levels, including the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, in international commercial arbitrations (ICAC at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, SCC, ICC, LCIA) and litigating multi-jurisdictional cases.

He regularly acts as an expert on Russian law in foreign courts and arbitrations.
