This webinar is jointly organised by the young division of the Russian Arbitration Association (RAA40) and Young SIAC Committee. We will discuss practical issues which arise in the context of preparing for and conducting Singapore-seated arbitrations. Topics will include drafting arbitration clauses, obtaining interim measures in Singapore and measures that may be taken by Singaporean courts in support of arbitration proceedings, with a focus on expectations and concerns of Russian parties. The webinar will be useful for any arbitration practitioners, both in-house and external legal counsel, who deal with Singapore-seated arbitrations.
