Dmitry Marenkov, LLM, FCIArb, is a Legal Counsel with an international corporation in Düsseldorf, Germany. He also regularly acts as arbitrator in international commercial cases.
Dmitry has participated in over 30 arbitrations under various rules (DIS, VIAC, ICC, ICAC/MKAS at CCI RF, Arbitration Centre at RSPP, UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules) conducted in English, Russian and German, including appointments as sole and presiding arbitrator. He is a member of the Editorial Council of the journal “Commercial Arbitration” (published by CCI RF) and of the Editorial Sub-Committee of the Asian Institute of ADR.
His memberships include: Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Fellow), Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (Fellow), Asian Institute of ADR (Fellow), Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (Member), ICCA, Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), Austrian Arbitration Association (Arb│Aut), German Arbitration Institute (DIS).
