Vladimir is the Head of Linklaters Dispute resolution in Moscow.
For more than a decade he has been representing Russian and international private and state-owned banks and corporates in corporate, commercial, construction, regulatory and insurance cases as well as in bankruptcy and asset recovery matters.
Vladimir has extensive experience in handling complex cross-border corporate and joint venture disputes. Vladimir is also highly experienced in Russian administrative law and enforcement proceedings.
Vladimir’s recent experience that can be disclosed includes advising Sberbank on a multi-jurisdictional €1bn+ debt restructuring of Agrokor Group and Gazprom in a very large international arbitration.
