Peter Pettibone is an independent arbitrator and mediator with over 40 years of international law firm expertise across a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
His practice as an international arbitrator and mediator involves resolving disputes between companies, including state-owned companies, in Russia, Ukraine and other parts of the former Soviet Union and companies in Europe, the United States and Asia.
Mr. Pettibone practiced law as a corporate attorney from 1967 to 2010 and was the managing partner of the Moscow offices of three international law firms from 1991 to 2010.
He is a U.S. national, based in New York, and a Russian speaker.
