She has experience in supporting bankruptcy litigation both on the side of the creditor and on the side of the debtor. Repeatedly warned the bankruptcy of a business, protected the interests of the debtor and the controlling persons of the debtor from being brought to subsidiary liability under the bankruptcy procedure. Olga is an expert in the direction of challenging debtor's transactions, conducting major bankruptcies, including with particularly strong creditors such as the Federal Tax Service, the DIA, and credit organizations.
Prior to joining the Parallel Legal Consulting team, she was a partner of a leading Russian law firm, where she headed the restructuring and bankruptcy practice, and held the position of Vice President for Legal Affairs of one of the largest construction holdings in Russia.
