I am a veteran litigator and advocate in both trials and arbitrations and have tried numerous cases in both federal and state courts. My concentration is in business litigation, including both domestic and international arbitrations. I have experience in the defense of complex business matters, including class actions and Multi District Litigation. I am a member of the ABA Section of International Law International Arbitration Committee, a Member of the ABA Section of International Law Litigation Committee and a Board Member of the Atlanta International Arbitration Society. I was recently appointed as the liaison of the ABA Section of International Law to the ABA’s Dispute Resolution Section.
