Evgeny Rozhkov has extensive 20+ years of experience in public affairs. His primary responsibilities include providing advice to clients, in the fields of public affairs in Russia, Ukraine and CIS region; various public policy and industry issues, strategic management and foreign direct investment support.
Evgeny has advised a range of major international corporations interested in the M&A and FDI of such sectors as food/agriculture, finance, energy, mining, infrastructure, defense, FMCG. Among the most prominent cases: M&A support for the global transportation network company and major global railway manufacturers, as well as guiding the leading European pharma company in signing the first special investment contract in Russia.
He is a member of International Bar Association (IBA), International Compliance Association (ICA), Society of European Affairs Professionals (SEAP) and Issues Management Council.
