Cameron Forsaith

Principal Associate, Eversheds Sutherland

Cameron Forsaith is a Principal Associate in Eversheds Sutherland’s International Arbitration and Public International Law Group, based in London. He specialises in international arbitration and cross-border disputes. 

Cameron has acted in more than 30 international arbitrations, with experience of a wide range of rules, seats, and governing laws. He is also experienced acting in English court litigation, including proceedings relating to the challenge/set aside, recognition, and enforcement of arbitral awards. Outside of contentious proceedings, Cameron also advises on the drafting and interpretation of dispute resolution clauses; cross-jurisdictional enforcement issues; claims under international investment law and investment structuring to access investment treaty protections, and a wide range of arbitration, PIL and conflict of laws topics.

Cameron is a Solicitor Advocate before the Higher Courts of England & Wales and a Lawyer before the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia. He is listed as a “Future Leader” in Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration, and was described in Legal 500 UK as a “rising star” and “dedicated to producing outstanding work”.
