Olga Tsvetkova is a counsel at the CIS leading law firm Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners and co-heads it international arbitration group.
Olga is an accomplished legal professional with 13+ years of experience in over 50 complex international disputes in natural resources, energy, construction, telecommunications and other industries. She has background of working both for law firms and as in-house counsel. She has hands on commercial and investment arbitration, coordination of cross-border cases in various jurisdictions and international law matters.
Olga is a former deputy head of the International Law Department at the Russian Ministry of Justice, where she led a team responsible for representing the Government in over ten international investment cases. She was also involved in drafting a number of Russia and EEU trade and investment agreements, as well as in developing Russia’s position on the ISDS reform in UNCITRAL.
