Maria Kudinova specializes in international commercial and investment arbitration, as well as in supporting cross-border litigation. She has participated in large-scale transactions implemented in several jurisdictions and has also been involved in advising clients on various international projects.
Maria graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University (Bachelor's degree) and the Faculty of Law of the Higher School of Economics (Master's degree). She also studied at The Hague Academy of International Law and the Paris Arbitration Academy.
Since 2023, Maria has been teaching the course "International Commercial Arbitration" at the Faculty of Law of the National Research University "Higher School of Economics."
Maria was named one of the top ten arbitration lawyers under 40 by RAA40 in 2024.
