Dmitry specializes in cross-border disputes, representing sovereign states and multinational corporations, primarily in investment arbitration and financial litigation. He also has expertise in sanctions matters, as well as litigation related to social media, including cases with broad public resonance. Dmitry has represented CIS states in a number of landmark investment disputes and regularly coordinates parallel litigation in various jurisdictions.

Dmitry graduated with honors from the International Law Faculty of MGIMO in 2015.
