Short bio 

Sergey practices in international commercial arbitration and public international law. He represented clients in arbitrations under the ICAC of the Russian CCI, ICC, LCIA, SCC and Swiss Rules as well as in arbitration-related litigation before the Russian courts. Sergey regularly advises clients on international protection of foreign investment and other public international law matters.
