Andrey leads the Dispute Resolution practice at Voskhod Law Firm. Prior to joining the firm in 2022, he worked for nearly eight years at international law firms Mannheimer Swartling (2014 – 2016) and White & Case (2017 – 2022).

Andrey has significant experience representing clients, including states, in arbitrations and courts in more than ten jurisdictions, including Russia, England and Wales, the United States (New York, California, Hawaii) and Spain, in investment, commercial, construction and bankruptcy disputes.

Since 2024, Andrey has been an arbitrator at the RAC (Russian Arbitration Center), where he has heard disputes arising from contracts for the performance of design work and software development.

He is also the author of publications on dispute resolution issues in Russian and English, including a chapter in a book published by Statut, an article in the IBA Dispute Resolution International journal, and articles in Kommersant. Andrey regularly speaks at key conferences, including the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum and the ICC-Russia Arbitration Conference.
