Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) will be presented by Mariel Dimsey, Secretary-General of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), and Victoria Khandrimaylo, Counsel at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
Anne K. Hoffmann, an internationally recognised arbitration practitioner, has acted as sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator and chair in commercial arbitrations under all major rules including HKIAC, will share her experience and provide some practical tips as an arbitrator. Renat Baymukhametov, Advocate at Mansors Hong Kong SAR, will speak of interim measures in the Mainland China for arbitrations seated in Hong Kong.
The webinar will be moderated by Olga Monchenko, Head of division for legal support of NPP construction at JSC Rusatom Energy International, and Roman Zykov, Secretary-General of RAA.
