Panels of eminent and experienced international arbitration practitioners will give presentations on some of the most important areas of international arbitration, with a particular focus on the new LCIA Arbitration Rules and practical aspects of conducting arbitrations in the Russian/CIS region. The presentations will be followed by Q & A.
Session 3 and 4In the long established LCIA tradition, these sessions are designed to be interactive and to provide an opportunity for delegates to share news and views on developments in the field of international commercial arbitration and ADR. Delegates will be contacted before the symposium and invited to submit topics for discussion based on the session themes. On the day, delegates will be encouraged to participate in a free flowing discussion of the topics submitted and current issues of key interest in the field, under the expert guidance of the co-Chairs.
To encourage openness and facilitate free discussion, all sessions are held under the Chatham House Rule, whereby participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.
