The Conference will include presentations and interactive sessions. The speakers and the audience will be invited to participate in the discussion of a case-study: “A story of an international case going through the English legal system”. This will cover various topics of procedural and substantive English law, including preliminary considerations of bringing the case to Court.
Attending the Conference will give you the opportunity to learn about the latest legal developments including third-party funding of legal actions; the effect of the new English "Unexplained Wealth Orders"; interpretation and incorporation of dispute resolution clauses; contractual law issues; and questions of enforcement under English Law.
