On 16 March 2016 the seminar “Rules of Moscow Success” took place at the office Clifford Chance. The main goal of the conference was to explain the RAA25 members the main keys to be successful lawyer in international arbitration and domestic litigation.
The Conference was started by Alexandra Ivlieva (LLM at Harvard Law School, PhD student at Moscow State University) who discussed the issue of the structure of the written augmentation.
The second speaker – Kirill Udovishenko (partner at Monastyrsky, Zyuba, Stepanov & Partners) explained how to write outstanding memorandum for the Willem C. Vis Moot competition.
And the final speaker – Julia Popelysheva (Counsel of Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Practice, Clifford Chance) – gave the speech on how to present the case in the court and arbitration proceedings.
