Paulius Docka is an attorney at law practicing in CEE and CIS region. He graduated from Vilnius University Faculty of Law and the University of Leicester, UK. Mr. Docka started his career at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Lithuania and continued his professional carrier at an Ernst & Young law firm. In 2005 he established a law firm, which currently bears the name PRIMUS and is one of the largest pan-Baltic law firms.
He is a member of the ICC Institute of World Business Law, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the Russian Arbitration Association and Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center.
Mr. Docka was nominated as a highly recommended dispute resolution lawyer by Chambers and Partners, and as a leading aviation lawyer by Who’s Who Legal: Aviation Finance and Aviation Contentious.
