Oksana Wright is a partner in New York’s office of Fox Rothschild LLP. She is an international disputes lawyer who represents domestic and foreign clients in litigation and arbitration matters in and outside of the United States. She helps foreign clients navigate the U.S. legal system and comply with regulations affecting international trade. She assists clients with issues involving international compliance, international conventions and treaties. Oksana also provides assistance with enforcement of foreign judgments and international arbitration awards, discovery in the United States for use in foreign proceedings as well as asset freeze measures.
Oksana spent her early legal career representing financial institutions and bankruptcy trustees in matters related to the 2008 financial crisis.
Oksana holds legal degrees from the United States and St. Petersburg, Russia and previously worked at international law firms in Russia and Europe.
