Jane Fedotova is an Associate in the Litigation & Restructuring Department of Conyers Dill & Pearman in the British Virgin Islands. Her current practice covers a wide range of civil, insolvency and international arbitration matters. In particular, she often advises corporate and individual clients who seek to wind up a company in the BVI and appoint liquidators. Jane also often advises clients on court interim measures in support of on-going foreign litigation or arbitration, and assist clients with enforcement of arbitral awards or foreign judgments in the BVI.

Prior to joining Conyers, Jane practiced law in London, she trained at Simmons & Simmons and was seconded to serve as counsel for the London Court of International Arbitration. Alongside her legal practice, Jane is an associate lecturer and is undertaking academic research in international arbitration at Queen Mary University London, particularly on emergency arbitrator procedure.

Jane graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University and is admitted to practice as a solicitor in England & Wales and the BVI.
