Shirin Saif is a Stockholm-based Senior Associate and a member of the Dispute Resolution practice. She focuses on commercial arbitration and litigation, especially disputes relating to Russia and the CIS countries. She has acted as counsel in construction and infrastructure, oil and gas, post-M&A, and various other commercial disputes before numerous judicial and arbitral bodies. In addition, she has acted as counsel in a number of investment treaty arbitrations. She also acts as an arbitrator and administrative secretary. In addition to her Swedish LL.M. degree, Shirin holds an LL.M. degree from UCLA.
