Johannes Hertfelder is an Associated Partner at Gleiss Lutz, based in Stuttgart and London. He is a member of the firm’s competition practice group. Johannes advices on all aspects of European and German competition law, mainly cartel investigations, merger control and cartel damages litigation. He is currently involved in a pan-European follow-on cartel damages case.
Johannes has degrees from the University of Tübingen in Germany and the UC Berkeley School of Law/USA (LL.M. 2014). He is a member of the Association of German Antitrust Lawyers and the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV).
