Ilia is a senior associate in Litigation and Dispute Management practice group in Moscow. He handles a wide variety of litigation and arbitration (both domestic and international) matters, focusing on corporate, including M&A, general commercial and contractual, as well as securities and bankruptcy (debtor and creditor sides) litigation.
