Dr Martin Burkhardt is a partner of Lenz & Staehelin. He is considered as a leading lawyer for commercial disputes. Martin Burkhardt studied law at the University of St. Gallen (lic iur HSG 1988, Dr iur 1996), the University of Neuchatel and the University of California Berkeley School of Law (LL.M. 1991). He is admitted to the Bars of New York (1991) and Zurich (1992). Martin Burkhardt joined Lenz & Staehelin in 1994 and has been a partner since 2000 where he headed the Zurich dispute resolution practice until 2012. He speaks English, German and French.
