Dr Martin Burkhardt is a partner of Lenz & Staehelin. He is considered as a leading lawyer for commercial disputes. Martin Burkhardt joined Lenz & Staehelin in 1994 and has been a partner since 2000 where he headed the Zurich dispute resolution practice until 2012. He speaks English, German and French.
