Pavel Novikov is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Moscow office and head of the international insolvencies and asset tracing group. Pavel specializes in domestic insolvency litigation and international (cross-border) insolvencies and asset tracing. He represents clients in domestic and international courts/tribunals and also acts on behalf of clients in compliance/criminal investigations/cases.Pavel is the only INSOL Fellow in Russia (International Insolvency Practitioner since 2019). 

Personally recommended by Chambers Europe 2015-2017 and Legal 500 2019-2020 in Restructuring & Bankruptcy. Also recommended by Kommersant 2019 (One of leading insolvency lawyers in Russia).
