Oxana Peters is a partner in our Litigation and Dispute Management practice based in Moscow. Her practice encompasses a broad range of litigation for national and global clients, which in recent years has included commercial, construction, corporate, tax, and securities litigation, and arbitration (both domestic and international), including recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
Oxana has been recommended by The Legal 500, Chambers and Partners, and Best Lawyers for her work in dispute resolution since 2009. She is a “top-ranked” Russian attorney-at-law with over 20 years' experience and “exceptional litigation and arbitration expertise.”
Oxana has held different positions as Deputy Head and Head of the Dispute Resolution Group of the Legal Committee of the Russian-German Chamber of Commerce. She is an active arbitrator at the arbitration centres of the Russian Arbitration Association and Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and a member of the ICC Russia Commission on International Arbitration. She also took part in the INCOTERMS 2020 drafting group.
