Sergey was born in Moscow.
He graduated from Moscow State Institute of Electronic and Mathematics by specialty of engineering technical in 1997. After successful graduation Sergey started his career in the sphere of cybersecurity.
To make a new step Sergey decided to get education in economics and graduated from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in 2007 specialized in national economy.
By now Sergey has twenty years’ experience in development and project management in IT industry and cybersecurity.
In 2016 Sergey and his business partner have found a project Transparent Deal which analyzing and scoring open source data. The idea of this project was succeed and it started development Investment & Innovation of Kaspersky Lab (later transformed in Innovation Hub).
Under Sergey’s management аfter 3 years of development Transparent Deal had commercial launch in the end of 2018 and there were more than 50 integration of different types from the that moment. Transparent Deal made success in the industry of compliance and security last year and was highly praised by specialists. Now the project is becoming a technological platform helping companies solve their issues in the sphere of economic security and has commercial strategy for two years.
