Paul-A. Gélinas, a member of the Montreal (1969) and Paris (1978) Bars, served on the ICC Court of International Arbitration for Canada (1974-1990) and chaired the ICC Commission on Arbitration (1996-2001). For some 20 years, he acted internationally for multinationals, then concentrated his activities on dispute resolution as arbitrator, Dispute Board member and mediator in large international cases (over 100), specializing in complex construction, joint venture and oil and gas matters. He is a regular speaker at international conferences.
