Olena is a Partner and Head of the CIS Arbitration Practice at INTEGRITES. She has acted as counsel and arbitrator in more than 120 arbitrations under the Arbitration Rules of the ICC, SCC, LCIA, SCAI, IAC at BelCCI, ICAC and MAC at UCCI, ICAC at CCIRF, GAFTA, FOSFA, LMAA, UNCITRAL and others.
Olena Perepelynska serves as Member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris, RAA Board Member, Member of the TIAC Court of Arbitration and Member of the Global Steering Committee of the ERA-PLEDGE.
Olena is admitted to the Ukrainian Bar and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). She is included in the lists of arbitrators of many arbitration institutions in Europe and Asia.
Olena Perepelynska is recommended in international arbitration by leading world rankings Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration 2019, Best Lawyers International 2020, Chambers Europe 2019.
