Mr. Miller has earned his B.A. (1994) and J.D. (1997) from New York University and held an associate position at Davis, Polk and Wardewell, NY in the litigation section from 1997 to 1999. He continued his litigation practice at Rheem Bell & Mermelstein, NY. In 2004 he took up a legal position at Renova, Moscow and since 2007 till present time Vsevolod is an Independent Of-Council in Moscow.
