Dennis Vinokourov is an Associate Managing Director in the Business Intelligence and Investigations practice of Kroll, a division of Duff & Phelps, based in the Moscow office. Dennis is an experienced private equity and corporate law professional.
Dennis joined Kroll from VI Holding Development, where as an Investment Director he was instrumental to closing a landmark real estate transaction funded by a consortium of sovereign wealth funds. Previously, Dennis held senior investment positions with Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), a Russian sovereign wealth fund, and East Capital, a Stockholm-based asset manager specializing in emerging and frontier markets. Dennis started his career as a corporate lawyer with White & Case and is admitted to the New York Bar.
Dennis is a graduate of Moscow State Institute of Internal Relations (MGIMO) and Central European University (CEU). He holds an MBA degree from Stern Business School of New York University (NYU) and Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from New York University School of Law, where he was a Hauser Scholar and Graduate Editor of the New York University Journal of International Law and Politics.
