Unilateral sanctions have significantly impacted access to justice, including international arbitration, payment of arbitration fees and confidentiality of dispute resolution proceedings.
In response, the Russian Arbitration Association is launching a fundamental initiative aimed at addressing these challenges and equipping parties with practical tools, which will be presented and discussed during Dubai Arbitration Week.
