Zhanna launched her career at an investment company, initially concentrating on real estate transactions. After that, Zhanna graduated from a UK university and built a career in consulting, where she became a partner at a Russian law firm and oversaw several practices (M&A, tax, IP/IT, and venture investments). At present, Zhanna manages complex and cross-border projects, protects clients’ assets across the world, and mediates corporate disputes.
