Anna Zeitlinger, advocate admitted in Russian Federation (Bar Association of the Moscow Region) heads the Russia and CIS Desk at LANSKY, GANZGER + Partner, one of the largest Austrian law firms with its seat in Vienna. Anna is furthermore the managing partner of LANSKY, GANZGER + Partner Kazakhstan with its seat in Astana.

Anna holds degrees from Moscow State Law Academy (special faculty oft he Public Prosecutor´s office) with specialization in criminalistics. In addition, she attended the LLM program at Vienna University of Economics and Business with specialization in International Tax Law. Her focus lies on advising individuals, holdings and groups of companies from the CIS countries on investing and restructuring their business in Europe, the CIS as well as accompanying European clients investing in the CIS in the fields of M&A, deal structuring, financing, collateral, corporate governance, and real estate. Furthermore, acting as a principal lawyer and a project coordinator, she has been involved in numerous international criminal and civil litigations related to CIS countries also elaborating asset tracing and recovery strategies within the EU and abroad. Together with LGP she advised individuals and corporations in disputes before international arbitration courts such as the ICC International Court of Arbitration and the Vienna International Arbitration Court as well as on enforcement of court judgments and arbitral awards. Her practice includes the issues of international investment projects, cross-border transactions, international contracts and complex multi-jurisdiction litigations involving the CIS countries. She is fluent in Russian, English and German.
