In 1995, Sedova Zhanna graduated with honors from Perm State University, majoring in "Jurisprudence". From 1995 to 2006 she taught private international law and the basics of foreign economic activities in the Perm State University.
In 2001, defended in the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation thesis on "International legal person as the subject of private international law" in the specialty 12.00.03.
Published about 20 articles in 2003 - monograph "unified international legal form of legal entity. Trends in the development of international economic relations ", in 2014 in collaboration with Ph.D. NV Zaitseva - monograph "The principle of estoppel and waiver in commerce of the Russian Federation."
Since 2006 she is an assistant professor of international law at the Russian State University of justice of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. The main lecture courses in RPMU are: "Private International Law" and "International relations in the energy sector." Working as a lawyer since 1993 in the field of banking and international construction contracts, since 2003 - in the electricity sector (in "Permenergo", JSC "TGC-9", OJSC "E.ON Russia", JSC "Russian Enel" ), in parallel with the 2009 is the arbiter of the Arbitration Court Self-Regulatory Organization NP MOU "SOYUZDORSTROY", since 2010 he has been working in JSC «Enel Russia."
Currently she is the Director of Legal Affairs and Corporate Relations - Senior Director, Corporate Secretary of the Board of Directors of OJSC "Enel Russia."
