Felix Prozorov-Bastians is lawyer and partner of the German law firm GvW Graf von Westphalen. Felix focuses on litigation and international arbitration as well as on corporate and commercial law. In the arbitration cases, he acts both as arbitrator and as counsel. He speaks German, Russian and English. Felix was born and grew up in Russia. He studied law at Moscow State University (MGU). After the graduation, he moved to Germany and studied law at the universities of Bayreuth and Frankfurt/Main. After his first and second state exams, he was admitted to legal practice in Germany in 2000. In 2005, he became partner with his previous law firm. Since 2006, he has been partner at GvW Graf von Westphalen, which is a law firm with 130 lawyers having five offices in Germany as well as offices in Shanghai, Brussels and Istanbul. Felix heads Russian desk of GvW Graf von Westphalen. He also coordinates the risk management particularly dealing with client fee agreements, liability agreements and insurance of professional liability.
