Mr. Liu Jing joined Hui Zhong as a senior consultant in April 2017. Before that, Mr. Liu served for nine years as the Deputy Secretary-General of Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC), and practiced for several years with Haiwen & Partners and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer respectively. Mr. Liu started his arbitration career with the Secretariat of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). Mr. Liu is familiar with arbitration proceedings both inside and outside China, and has gained his expertise from his experience both as counsel and with arbitration institutions.
Mr. Liu serves on HKIAC Appointments Committee and is on the Panel of Arbitrators of CIETAC and Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC)
