Alexander Bezborodov is a Partner and the Head of the Litigation Practice Group at BEITEN BURKHARDT’s Moscow office.
After studying law at the State University of Krasnoyarsk, Mr. Bezborodov was admitted as a lawyer at Haarmann, Hemmelrath & Partner. While working for the law firm CMS Hasche Sigle in Moscow, Mr. Bezborodov earned his Master of Laws from the University of Passau (Germany).
Mr. Bezborodov's core activities include consulting in the fields of dispute resolution and litigation in state and arbitration courts, particularly as regards foreign economic and investment activities of companies. Mr. Bezborodov also advises on international trade and civil law issues.
Mr. Bezborodov has authored numerous publications and lectures regularly at conferences in Russia and abroad.
Mr. Bezborodov is fluent in Russian, English and German.
