Aybek is an active blogger and author on selected projects for Legal Abstract, Lex Mercatoria and Shippinglaw.ru. He is also a member of Young International Arbitration Group at LCIA, RAA40 and London Shipping Law Centre.
He is an author of over fifty articles on various areas of law, including law of marine insurance, law of international sale of goods, shipping law, maritime law and international commercial arbitration. Aybek has authored the first book on law of banker’s documentary credits in Russia, and is in the stage of preparation of the book about Transport Law in Russia for Wolters Kluwer in Netherlands.
Recently Aybek joined the initiative of Eric Van Hooydonk on worldwide restatement of maritime law and is expected to contribute with an article on Russian maritime law reform.
