As the number of COVID-19 infections surges passed 3 million, over one third of the world is in some form of lockdown. Not only has this presented unprecedented challenges for everyday life, but it has already had a significant impact on the construction industry. Project participants battle to ensure the health and safety of their employees, supply chains are experiencing significant delays, cash flow is uncertain and margins are becoming thinner.
